Witleaf blood pressure inflation measurement research has achieved initial results

Witleaf Team
The Witleaf blood pressure measurement research team has achieved initial results in the blood pressure measurement technology during the inflation phase. The team already has very mature application technologies for oscillography blood pressure measurement, including non-invasive blood pressure monitoring, invasive blood pressure monitoring, non-invasive electronic blood pressure monitors and other related technologies, which are widely used in products. Based on the current mature technology, the team improved the measurement comfort of the electronic blood pressure meter and conducted research on key technologies for inflatable blood pressure measurement.
The inflatable blood pressure measurement which the team studied uses an inflation speed of 5mmHg/s to complete the blood pressure measurement during the entire inflation process. The pressure increased steadily throughout the measurement process, which greatly reduced the discomfort of the subjects and the overall measurement time. At present, great waveforms and measurement repeatability have been obtained. After many experiments, it has reached the clinical application standard. It is expected that this technology will be formally applied to the latest blood pressure meter products developed by Witleaf by the end of 2015.
As shown in the figure below, the pulse wave and cuff pressure waveform obtained in the experimental research phase of inflation measurement.
