iFastBP® is the trademark of NIBP measurement technology that is belong to Witleaf. iFastBP® technology is a whole technology system that include the basic theory of NIBP measurement and the advantage features for example ,accuracy,anti-motion,wide range application and low perfusion measurement ability and so on.

Oscillation Theory
The Oscillation theory as follows:
iFastBP® system will increase the cuff pressure until the arterial pulse is blocked then the system will deflate the cuff pressure by the valve that integrated in the system.During deflation the iFastBP® system will detect the arterial pulse until there is a whole arterial pulse wave that can calculate the blood pressure.After the system determine the Mean,SYS and DIA position then the related cuff pressure is the blood pressure for this cycle measurement of NIBP.

From the picture 3 and the table we can find that the iFastBP® system can let us benefit more than the general method, especially in the neonate monitoring that more easier to meet the simulated condition.

Anti-Motion
iFastBP® system is equipped with the real-time algorithm and frequency algorithm together. During NIBP measurement these two algorithms work parallel which can make the measurement more reliable and keep the accuracy if there is noise.If the iFastBP® system finds that there is arterial pulse missing or abnormal the frequency method will start to compensate the arterial pulse to get a completed arterial pulse for determining the blood pressure.With this advantage feature the iFastBP® system can get reliable and accurate blood pressure readings which is very useful for bedside monitoring,remote monitoring, SPOT checking,Monitoring during movement and neonate monitoring.
